While the jury deliberates the doc was spotted walking in Santa Monica ...and claimed he'll be hunkering down with "friends and family, and my children."

As TMZ first reported, Murray is "optimistic" the jury will acquit -- but, he claims, he ultimately has "no idea" how they'll swing.

Video Premiere: Drive A, 'The World In Shambles'

Drive A's "The World In Shambles" video truly could not have premiered at more opportune time -- on the heels of the DEVASTATING news that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' marriage lasted just a smidge longer than "The Playboy Club" (RIP), just after the end of season 4 of the "Jersey Shore," and just WEEKS before the premiere of "Breaking Dawn," the L.A. pop-punk foursome harvests almost every bumper crop in the fecund garden that is the pop culture zeitgeist for their "The World In Shambles" video.

Drive A pairs their unstoppably infectious match-in-a-gas-tank hooks with cheeky spoofs of "Glee," pretty much any "talent"-based elimination show and Snook-alike characters (arrived at by some casual cross-dressing) in a parodic free-for-all featuring Drive A fans as extras. True to the spirit of classic pop-punk videos like Blink-182's "First Date," hijinks, hilarity and terrible wigs ensue.

"The World In Shambles" is from their album of the same name, which succeeds 2009's Loss Of Desire, Drive A.

Video Preview: Katy Perry, 'The One That Got Away'

Credit: @katyperry

Katy Perry's already released a whopping FIVE singles off her smash Teenage Dream album, and she's not stopping there. "The One That Got Away" will be Katy's sixth single and if it goes to No. 1, she will have BROKEN MICHAEL JACKSON'S RECORD. No pressure or anything.

All Katy Perry singles come with incredible videos and from what we can tell from the preview, "The One That Got Away" will not disappoint. The clip begins with a seriously melodramatic voice-over: "The past is like a handful of dust/It filters through your fingers/Disappearing little by little." We see flashbacks to Katy's tumultuous relationship with the one that got away -- we're privy to the good times as the duo dances together by candlelight, and the bad as the couple gets into some major confrontations. Katy's musician beau (played by Diego Luna) grabs his guitar and storms out of the house and the whole thing reminds us a lot of Rihanna's "We Found Love" video.

In an interesting plot twist though, the preview also features Katy in old woman makeup which leads us to believe that she'll assume the role of "Grandma Perry" remembering back to her one love that got away when she was young. The clip comes to a close but not before we're treated to some more emo narration: "In another life, I would do things differently." Mad dramz ahead, guys.

Amy and Sheldon Negotiate Their Level of Intimacy on 'Big Bang Theory' (VIDEO)

'The Big Bang Theory' - 'The Isolation Permutation'Amy Farrah Fowler is definitely more in touch with her humanity than Sheldon on 'The Big Bang Theory' (Thu., 8PM ET on CBS), but that's not to say she still doesn't have a long way to go. Particularly, she needs to learn a little something about boundaries when it comes to her infatuation with Penny.

We think that she'll drag Sheldon kicking and screaming at least a part of the way with her on this journey, as evidenced by his willingness to negotiate a level of intimacy with her when she was having a rough time, emotionally.

Ron Swanson Knows How to Profit from the End of the World on 'Parks & Rec' (VIDEO)

'Parks & Recreation' - 'End of the World'It was the end of the world this week on 'Parks & Recreation' (Thu., 8:30PM ET on NBC). We found it rather charming that the Parks Department of Pawnee is so gracious and cordial to this group of fanatics who calculate the end of the world regularly, rescheduling each time the world doesn't end as predicted.

Ron Swanson has even found a way to profit from their zealous conviction. He brought with him some flutes and recorders he'd fashioned at home in his wood shop, and charged exorbitant prices to the believers.

His look to the camera when one of them slyly asked if he'd take a check he could deposit tomorrow -- after the world ended, of course -- was absolutely priceless.

Dwight Reveals His Accountability Booster/Doomsday Device on 'The Office' (VIDEO)

'The Office' - 'Doomsday'If you were looking for a notable difference between Andy Bernard's managerial style as compared to Michael Scott on 'The Office' (Thu., 9PM ET on NBC), how about the fact that he let Dwight implement his accountability booster/doomsday device? Michael would have shut it down immediately, because he wanted to be loved by everyone in the office.

Andy seems more afraid of Robert California than he is concerned about his reputation. Plus, he may have actually believed that this wasn't just a horrible plot that was going to get them all fired should they make five mistakes in a single day.

Pregnant Brennan Cries at a Crime Scene on 'Bones' Premiere (VIDEO)

'Bones' season premiere - 'The Memories in the Shallow Grave'With the season premiere of 'Bones' (Thu., 9PM ET on Fox) we find ourselves several months into the leading couple's relationship, and it actually works quite well for the show. Maybe skipping all those awkward early moments in a relationship will help the show avoid the 'Moonlighting' curse.

After all, there's still plenty of baggage to sift through, and a lot of that has to do with Brennan's lack of emotions. She tries to be rational in all things, which certainly isn't easy when you're pregnant. We don't blame Booth for taking a picture of her when she broke down crying at a crime scene.

Conan O'Brien Officiates Gay Wedding for Staffer on 'Conan' (VIDEO)

Filed under:

Conan officiates gay weddingIn case you hadn't heard, Conan O'Brien decided to "push the envelope" on late night TV last night, when he celebrated the one year anniversary of his TBS show by officiating the marriage between 'Conan' costume designer Scott Cronick and his partner David Gorshein.

The ceremony marked the end of O'Brien's visit to New York City, where the comedian hosted 'Late Night' on NBC for 16 years.

Apparently, Cronick and Gorshein were already planning to wed while the show was visiting New York, since gay marriage is still not legal in California, but instead of marrying at city hall, O'Brien suggested they perform the ceremony on stage at the Beacon Theater instead.

Justin Bieber: Baby Rumors are Not True (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber BabyJustin Bieber stopped by 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM ET on NBC) to promote his new Christmas album, 'Under the Mistletoe,' but he also took the opportunity to try and set the record straight regarding a very public paternity lawsuit.

"I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true," Bieber said. "I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim. It's crazy, because every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car, so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations. To set the record straight, none of it is true."

Video Premiere: Mayday Parade 'Oh Well Oh Well' Acoustic

Credit: Tom Falcone

After the release of their excellently animated "Oh Well Oh Well" video, set in an ominous comic book brought to life, Mayday Parade revisits the mournful dirge from their Mayday Parade album in an all-acoustic video shot this past October at Atlantic Records in New York. Toning down the charging electric guitars and life-or-death drumbeats, Mayday Parade presents just the song's wistful lyrical essence, infused with simple two-part harmonies and shared verses, bookended by two acoustic guitars. It's a stark, sobering song made even more somber as a stripped-down statement.

Reagan Butts Heads With Her Mother on 'Up All Night' (VIDEO)

'Up All Night' - 'Parents'To say that Reagan has a strained relationship with her mother is putting it lightly. And yet, even after all these years of marriage, Chris didn't seem to get it. So he surprised her by allowing her parents to visit on the latest 'Up All Night' (Wed., 8PM ET on NBC).

We got a little bit of insight into Reagan's awkward teen years, as she discovered that her mother had written a psychology book about it. Needless to say, Reagan isn't exactly thrilled to have her most embarrassing years chronicled in a book ... with pictures!

The Game Loves Allison And Her Music Video on 'America's Next Top Model' (VIDEO)

Filed under:

The Game, 'America's Next Top Model'The Game may not be an expert in fashion, but he does know a thing or two about what looks good when it comes to women. Of course, the same could be said for most men, but most men didn't get to be a guest judge on 'America's Next Top Model' (Wed., 9PM ET On The CW), and The Game did.

He was particularly fascinated by Allison's video shoot, which he also got to direct. She wasn't quite sure what to make of his critique at first, because he was fixated on the word "weird" in trying to describe what he'd just seen. In his defense, it is certainly the first thing that comes to mind, and not in a bad way.
