As we previously reported, the reason that Lindsay Lohan wasn't carted off to jail directly after her hearing yesterday was because of a work obligation she had to complete by this week. Namely, her highly-anticipated, fully-nudie spread for Playboy Magazine.
At first, we thought she was just doing a follow-up shoot to get some shots they might've missed, but according to reports, the first set of photos were not up to the standards of Hugh Hefner's empire, so she is being brought in to reshoot.
What?! How is that possible!? Her rep just told us not two weeks or so ago that Lindsay is a constant professional on photo shoots and has always produced quality work as a model! Besides, we think they gave up their right to hold people to standards after they lowered theirs for Heidi Montag! Just saying!
Regardless, Lindsay has been asked to reshoot the whole spread, with sources explaining:
“Lindsay was told that the Playboy executives wanted to go another direction with her shoot so they asked her to come back for a second time. The first pictures of Lindsay weren’t exactly what they wanted so they have a new theme that they want to shoot ... There is never a guarantee that everyone will like the photos or that they will be of high enough quality to use for the cover but Playboy wanted to make sure that Lindsay’s pictures were exactly what they wanted."
A theme, huh? Well, we have to assume that the theme is going to concede with her new hard knock lifestyle. Perhaps they'll shoot her in jail or a courtroom ... the morgue? Bleck! Let's hope not!
