Tending to mother duties, Denise Richards was spotted taking her baby Eloise to a pediatric office in Santa Monica, California on Friday (May 11).
With her long locks pulled back in a bun, the 41-year-old actress looked comfortable in jeans, flip-flops, and a tank top and cardigan while carrying her youngest child in her arms and holding her older daughters hand as they made their way past the shutterbugs.
Earlier this week Denise proved she's a single lady no more when she showed up to the Midnight Mission's Golden Heart Awards with her arm around Richie Sambora who was being honored at the event.
The duo first started dating after Richards split with Charlie Sheen, which happened to be around the same time that 52-year-old Sambora called it quits with Heather Locklear.
On the red carpet Richards gushed to E! News, "This is a big night for Richie, so I'm here to support him. It's really important work that he does." Sambora the added, "We're back on. It's all good."
