Video Premiere: Drive A, 'The World In Shambles'

Drive A's "The World In Shambles" video truly could not have premiered at more opportune time -- on the heels of the DEVASTATING news that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' marriage lasted just a smidge longer than "The Playboy Club" (RIP), just after the end of season 4 of the "Jersey Shore," and just WEEKS before the premiere of "Breaking Dawn," the L.A. pop-punk foursome harvests almost every bumper crop in the fecund garden that is the pop culture zeitgeist for their "The World In Shambles" video.

Drive A pairs their unstoppably infectious match-in-a-gas-tank hooks with cheeky spoofs of "Glee," pretty much any "talent"-based elimination show and Snook-alike characters (arrived at by some casual cross-dressing) in a parodic free-for-all featuring Drive A fans as extras. True to the spirit of classic pop-punk videos like Blink-182's "First Date," hijinks, hilarity and terrible wigs ensue.

"The World In Shambles" is from their album of the same name, which succeeds 2009's Loss Of Desire, Drive A.

Pregnant Brennan Cries at a Crime Scene on 'Bones' Premiere (VIDEO)

'Bones' season premiere - 'The Memories in the Shallow Grave'With the season premiere of 'Bones' (Thu., 9PM ET on Fox) we find ourselves several months into the leading couple's relationship, and it actually works quite well for the show. Maybe skipping all those awkward early moments in a relationship will help the show avoid the 'Moonlighting' curse.

After all, there's still plenty of baggage to sift through, and a lot of that has to do with Brennan's lack of emotions. She tries to be rational in all things, which certainly isn't easy when you're pregnant. We don't blame Booth for taking a picture of her when she broke down crying at a crime scene.

Johnny Depp & Amber Heard: 'The Rum Diary' Euro Premiere

Stepping out for a special evening, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were spotted attending the European premiere of “The Rum Diary" in London, England on Thursday (November 3).

The “Tourist” actor and the “Playboy Club” star looked dashing upon arrival and as they made their way down the red carpet before heading inside The Odeon Kensington Cinema.

The outing comes as Mr Depp has been busy with press duties, during which he revealed in a recent interview that he was once aboard a plane that nearly crashed alongside director Bruce Robinson.

Johnny explained to Life magazine, “The plane just shut down. The sound of the engines stopped. There was silence. Bruce and I were looking at each other and I think I said, 'Is this it?' It was like this weird extended moment when you're just floating for a second and you could feel this unpleasant descent.”

He continued, “Nobody said a word except for Bruce and I, sitting next to each other saying, 'Oh s***! This is death, I guess this is how it goes down.”

“Then we burst into hysterical laughter at the idea that this was how we were going to die.” Lucky for the pair, the plane’s power came back on shortly after.

Video Premiere: Mayday Parade 'Oh Well Oh Well' Acoustic

Credit: Tom Falcone

After the release of their excellently animated "Oh Well Oh Well" video, set in an ominous comic book brought to life, Mayday Parade revisits the mournful dirge from their Mayday Parade album in an all-acoustic video shot this past October at Atlantic Records in New York. Toning down the charging electric guitars and life-or-death drumbeats, Mayday Parade presents just the song's wistful lyrical essence, infused with simple two-part harmonies and shared verses, bookended by two acoustic guitars. It's a stark, sobering song made even more somber as a stripped-down statement.
